As a Digital Strategy & Performance Consultant for Dr. Vaidya’s (via agency engagement), I led D2C growth initiatives for a fast-scaling Ayurvedic wellness brand operating in a highly competitive e-commerce environment where customer acquisition costs, conversion efficiency, and brand trust directly impact sustainable growth. The engagement began with a deep analysis of the entire D2C funnel—evaluating traffic sources, audience intent, creative performance, product page experience, checkout friction, and post-purchase journeys—to identify drop-offs and growth bottlenecks across the customer lifecycle. Based on these insights, I designed and implemented a performance-driven growth framework that prioritized high-intent acquisition channels, structured experimentation across creatives and landing experiences, and embedded CRO and analytics into the core operating rhythm. By aligning media strategy with merchandising priorities and customer lifecycle marketing, and instituting continuous optimization cycles grounded in real-time performance data, the engagement shifted from isolated campaign execution to a scalable D2C growth engine—resulting in improved ROAS, higher conversion efficiency, stronger repeat purchase signals, and a sustainable digital growth system for an emerging wellness brand.
